The 12 nessio® competencies form the FOUNDATION of the method. They describe how a person thinks, feels and acts in a personal, social and professional context – and how all of this works in RELATIONSHIP. Individually, they show where POTENTIALS are alive and where development is possible. In a team or company, they make visible what strengthens COLLABORATION – and how tensions can be resolved.

As a COACH, CONSULTANT and ENTREPRENEUR, I have been supporting individuals, teams and organizations in change processes for many years, always with the aim of facilitating sustainable SOLUTIONS and thinking development in terms of relationships. With nessio®, I have created a model that combines HOLDING, STRUCTURE and DEPTH – for people who don’t just want to function, they want to WORK.
